LORATIS aims to provide the Indian students with insights on realistic career opportunities and a roadmap to a successful career. It is a non-academic school which is focused on reaching out to career-oriented students through its tie-ups with various educational institutes, industry bodies, individual corporate executives and network partners.

Dr. Nandkishore Rathi – Chief Navigating Officer
BE (Mechanical), MBA (Marketing), PhD (HRM, IIT Bombay)
Dr. Rathi has 25 years of corporate, as well as academic experience. He has worked as Placement-incharge for IIT Bombay for nine years.
Later, he worked as Director-Campus Relations (Asia Pacific) at Oracle Corporation for nearly five years. He also held prominent positions at Videocon International and Real Value Appliances. A gifted speaker, he has visited a large number of universities as guest faculty and Guest of Honor, addressing close to 25,000 students on matters pertaining to career and professional success.

    I didn’t find right place to post this question. Sorry for that.Here it goes,

    Nowadays most of the companies prefer freshers. When I asked management for feedback from many companies I got to know few facts. But not able to justify.Can you please help me on this.

    1.Freshers will come for less pay.
    2. They can dedicate more time than senior personnel in dept
    3. They dont have problems with their role.
