Passion can bring sea change in life, bring happiness, power, success, wealth and satisfaction level. If passions can give everything we need in life, it is worth to explore one’s passion. I like one of the statements, ‘There are no retakes in life and career’. I am sure that, we all hear the inner call of like and hate. But the unfortunate part of this is most of them tending to ignore or compromise. I will take you through a journey of people in virtual and real life (characters/ role); one’s have heard inner call (during childhood or midcareer) and are successful.
The most beautiful women in the world, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan had planned to be architecture but gave up her education to purse career in modeling. Her journey of career started as a model, as her work was recognized she made further progress in career and got into serious affair of modeling. She went on win the Miss World title in 1994. She discovered her strengths and strong inclination during the journey itself. Some of the well known people such as Amitabh Bachchan (actor), Tabu (actress) had second career.
The basis for their success is conviction. There is a close relationship between convictions and passion. Convictions will help to erase the hate and allows passionate people to achieve and taste success. It is a great stepping stone for faith. It has also has to be connected with dreams. Some of them sometime doubt their convictions, once Sushmita Sen (Miss Universe, 1994) had nearly withdrawn herself from Miss India contest. There was a hair line between being there and not being there is a question of conviction. Another good example is the character played by Priyanka Chopra (actress) in well acclaimed movie ‘Fashion’. She showed the conviction in her role and awards speaks about it.
Many a times good actors are criticized such as Shahrukh Khan, he is always prepared for those little risks. He is envied by others because of his success. He always listens to his heart; this is his attitude and conviction. Passionate people contribute to the world in much larger way. A right example strikes to me is Dr. Nandkishore Rathi (Ex-Oracle Director), he has a good sense of humor from his childhood and he has his skill and he is developed this skill into a successful profession. He makes the world laugh and that’s how he contributes to the world.
